t897 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players

You are eligible to create and use a t897 account only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration.
• You are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been excluded from t897 or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

When registering for a t897 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. t897 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

• Each player may hold only one active account. If you discover a duplicate account exists under your details, you must contact t897 support immediately.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to access your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. t897 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain password confidentiality.
• t897 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your mobile number, password, or any account access details with any third party. t897 staff will never contact you to ask for your password by any means. Any request claiming to be from t897 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately. You should change your password immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

All deposits to your t897 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform. t897 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select local bank transfers. Deposits are credited instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. t897 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit section of your account dashboard for current minimums.
• t897 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via unverified cryptocurrency wallets. All accepted payment methods are listed within the platform.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for standard local wallet withdrawals. t897 does not charge platform fees on standard local wallet withdrawals, though the payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to additional review and may be delayed until verification is complete.
• t897 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse pending investigation.
• Winnings derived from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted.

t897 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus credit form and cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format available on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account for real-money play.
